  16.      Given an Inst software distribution directory, wwwweeeebbbbddddiiiisssstttt automatically
  17.      generates the HTML for a Web Software Distribution page.  With a Web
  18.      Software Distribution page, a user can choose and install the Inst
  19.      products in a distribution directory using a Web interface.  An Inst
  20.      software distribution directory contains products that can be installed
  21.      using the SSSSooooffffttttwwwwaaaarrrreeeeMMMMaaaannnnaaaaggggeeeerrrr((((1111MMMM)))) or IIIInnnnsssstttt((((1111MMMM)))) installation programs.

  24.      The _d_i_s_t_d_i_r argument is used to specify the pathname of the software
  25.      distribution directory that contains Inst products.  The HTML generated
  26.      by wwwweeeebbbbddddiiiisssstttt is printed to standard output.

  36.      distribution directory.  When using the HTML interface, the HTTP server
  37.      must be running on the distribution host.

  39.      The output after the successful execution of this utility is the HTML
  40.      which defines a form interface for selecting software products for
  41.      installation.  This form will contain a list of toggle buttons
  42.      corresponding to the software products in the distribution directory and
  43.      have titles displaying their descriptive name.  For products with blank
  44.      descriptive names, the short product name is displayed.

  46.      Following the list of installable products, are two radio buttons that
  47.      enable the user to choose between starting the installation immediately
  48.      or allowing the user to view the selections before starting.

  50.      At the bottom of the form are two buttons, a submit button labeled
